If you use Summize with Bloglines, you'll have a very powerful edge on your competition and maybe even learn a thing or two :) Summize has a "Feed" for any conversation that you look up. So, for example, if you "suck" at keeping up-to-date on those who reply to you, you could do an advanced search in Summize with your username and create a feed for it that you can check everytime you look at your Bloglines account.

Or, if you want to keep updated with what's happening with the latest "Twitter" tools, do a search and find a feed for that. In the video below, I do a quick search for "Drupal" "with links" to be kept updated on the latest tutorials, modules, and sites about Drupal (one of my love-hate relationship CMS tools that I use on the leveragethesecret site).
